Massage after you have had your baby is just as important as it was before. Studies have shown that massage can help reduce the occurrence of post- partum depression. Massage helps your body to better regulate the hormonal fluctuations that naturally follow childbirth. The focus is usually on rest, and ridding your upper back, neck & arms of the tension that develops from the intense care a new baby requires. Babies are welcome to join you! They can be tucked into bed with you during your treatment. You can even breastfeed your baby if needed during the massage.
